Wu Medical Center (WSCMC)

From 2005 to 2008, Dr. Wu served as the Chief Director of the Department of Neurology of Beijing Tiantan Puhua Hospital (BTPH). He was the founder of BTPH's stem cell research and treatment programs. Using the unique stem cell technologies innovated by Dr. Wu, over the past five years, Dr. Wu and his medical team have successfully treated over 1700 patients from all over the world. These patients suffered from various neurological diseases, including Parkinson's, Stroke, Batte'sn Disease, ALS, MS, MSA, PSP, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, to name a few. This has built a solid foundation for the application of stem cell technologies to treat previously incurable neurological diseases.With their treatment program, a significant improvement can be achieved within five weeks.
The WSCMC clinical application is based on stem cell research outcomes from the last ten years. The investor and the founder of WSCMC, Mr. Eric Huang, Chairman of Beijing Union Health Co., Ltd. (BUH) is also the founder and a major investor of China's first research and commercial company Beijing SinoCells Bio. Co., Ltd. (SinoCells) focusing on stem cell research and application. Since it was founded in 2000 with the Stem Cell Research Center with Peking University, several research projects sponsored by national fund (such as "863", "973" and "221" programs) for science and research have progressed to a stage of commercialization and clinical application. Dr. Wu (Managing Director of WSCMC) and Dr. Xiaojuan Wang (Deputy Director of WSCMC) have served as BUH's Chief Clinical Neurologisst. Since 2005 they have applied research outcomes developed in BUH and SinoCells into their clinical treatment conducted at Tiantan Puhua Hospital.
Scientifically, stem cells have made it possible to treat currently incurable diseases, but, clinically speaking, stem cells alone only have limited curative effect. That is probably the reason behind the many unsuccessful treatments using stem cells. WSCMC's core technology is a combination of using stem cells as a tool or "raw materials" with their unique clinical technologies that create the most suitable internal environment to allow the auto mobilization of stem cells to happen. That means that WSCMC's unique therapudic process allows the implanted stem cells to survive to impliment their repairing or reconstruction effects. Other quick processes do not allow enogh time for this to happen.
To comply with NICPBP (National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical & Biological Products, SFDA) standards for clinically used stem cells, the stem cells used for transplant are all processed and produced in the SFDA certified GMP facilities and inspected through our "Quality-Certificate-Approval" system. This insures the highest product quality and safety.
