Before and after your Destination HealthCare™ experience, your care will be delivered by your home physician(s), and we understand the importance of that relationship.  Consequently, our Destination HealthCare™ approach gives you the ability to keep him or her as a part of your care, even while abroad.  From connecting your physician with the treating physician in China to discuss your care before you go, through providing information during your stay, to delivering your medical records and discharge instructions, we work with you and your home physician(s) to maintain your continuity of care.  Some of our network hospitals even have the capability of broadcasting your surgery over a private Internet connection, so that your doctors at home can observe.

Personal Attention
During your Destination HealthCare™ experience, you will have a case manager assigned to help you each step of the way, including at your side in the hospital.  Our staff will help you in planning travel, including obtaining visas and required travel documents, obtaining airline tickets, and making hotel arrangements, if needed.  We meet you at the airport and accompany you to the hospital and stay until you are in your room.  Every patient is visited 2-3 times a week by a CCGH staff member to ensure that your needs, personal and medical, are being met  When it’s time to return home, we walk with you each step of the way then too.
